Icelandic Mule
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Reyka Vodka
- ¾ parts Ginger Syrup
- ½ part Fresh Lime Juice
Preparation:
Shake and strain into cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into iced Collins glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge.
For ginger syrup: Combine four parts freshly pressed ginger juice with three parts sugar. Shake until sugar is dissolved.
Reyka Kula
Ingredients:
- 1 part Reyka Vodka
- 6 parts Soda Water
- 1 Grapefruit
Preparation:
Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add one part Reyka Vodka. Top with Soda Water & garnish with a grapefruit wedge. Skál!
Reyka Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Reyka Vodka
- 1 part Espresso
- ½ part Simple Syrup
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker. Shake, strain and garnish.
